I called to ask if my pizza would be fresh and warm coming to me since its been delayed over and over. Person on the phone instead of offering or reassuring that worm pizza would be on its way and instead offer to cancel my order. Very professional papajohns, you guys just lost a customer for life.

We preordered for our pizzas to be delivered by 6pm earlier that day but ended up picking it up ourselves at 7pm due to the lack of communication on the status of our pizzas. I called for an update and the person was very unapologetic and quite rude. Management need to check their employees and provide customer service training. We also didn’t even bother asking for a refund on the delivery fee that was charged due to the employee being so rude.
