I want to express how disappointed I am with the service at this McDonald’s location. I’ve been coming here for quite a while, and this is not the first time my order has been completely messed up. Today was unacceptable — my McChicken was handed to me without the chicken patty, which is the main part of the sandwich.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I went during a slow time of day, with no cars in the drive-thru, and yet the order was still prepared incorrectly. It shows a lack of attention, efficiency, and care for customers.
I worked in fast food before, so I understand mistakes happen — but not repeatedly, and not something this basic. It feels disrespectful, especially when employees laugh or act like it’s not a serious issue.
I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the service keeps getting worse. This experience was ridiculous, and something needs to be addressed so other customers aren’t treated this way.

I go here quite often for lunch and they are ALWAYS forgetting things, not only me but everyone always comes and asks for stuff they forgot. I got 2(!!!!!!!) out of my 6 items, this place and management is terrible .

Got the hot honey sausage biscuit, & hash browns . Biscut was ok, im not a huge biscuit fan. Hot honey was good. Hash browns had a terrible aftertaste. Time to change the oil.
