  Clean all around they brought our food to our table pretty quickly after ordering and paying. I'd say within 10 minutes tops for them being semi busy I'm saying that's good. For me working in the restaurant business for 20 yrs I know how fast the lunch rush can just fall apart and u can fall behind. Great crew working yesterday top knotch times too when I was there. I give them an A++ for accuracy, sandwiches looked like sandwiches and not just thrown together, and timing was amazing. This crew needs a raise and more than $1.00 in my honest opinion. I will definitely come back to the Brooklyn park McDonald's not far from walmart

  I went to the McDonald's in Brooklyn Park 7685 West Broadway. The quality of the food was definitely poor. The quarter pounder with cheese that I had had a hard bun and the cheese made me feel ill after I ate it. I only had a couple of bites and then I threw it away. Mc Donald's fries are the only good thing left here. It has changed so much over the years. I used to feast on Big Mac's, now the quality of the meat is poor and the presentation is even worse. McDonalds needs a complete overhaul, at least at this location. The quality of the food would make Ronald McDonald himself go to Burger King for his lunch break. GET IT TOGETHER. There used to be a bit of a language barrier between workers and guests, but it has improved slightly. The store was generally clean. I HATE the kiosks. They are so impersonal and with the rise in prices it would be nice to order from a human. The quality of the food is what gets me at this location. It is so consistently bad, especially with the burgers. The breakfast is ok. The shakes are decent, but the burgers have gone so far downhill that I feel sick Everytime I think about a burger at McDonalds. If this is how it is going to be, my dollars will go to Wendy's, Burger King, or I will just stay home and make a ham sandwich. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  Took over 2 hours to prepare a meal and ordered uber eats and still took over 2 hours to prepare it

  The lady who works the drive-thru in the mornings is consistently not friendly. When I pull up to the intercom, she just says, “Can I take your order?” without asking if I’m using the mobile app. When I tell her I am using the app, it takes her a long time to find my order. When I get to the window, she looks irritated and does not look friendly at all. She hands me my food without saying a single word. This has happened multiple times with the same person. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it makes the drive-thru experience uncomfortable.
