  I have NEVER gave a place of business a zero but here we are… since I can’t post without giving them a 1 star here we are again…. Wife ordered a sandwich and around 8 and they decided to wait until 2 minutes before they close to call us and tell us there is no delivery driver for our order. Poor customer service at its finest. I even offered to come up there and pick up the order but of course they are worried about leaving on time instead of the customer. So they never made our sandwich to even begin with, just to tell us they cancelled our order. I wish I would have got the dude’s name because he was rude as hell. Jimmy John’s in Brooklyn Park whoever closed tonight 2/18 shouldn’t work there because of their lack of compassion to rectify the situation.

  I go here and get delivery from here when I'm at work. They take awhile to deliver than I'm used to. I used to work in Brooklyn Center and when I'd order for delivery, I swear they made the sandwiches in the car. However every time I go inside this one, they're always polite and prompt when I arrive. They ALWAYS have the best music playing from old to new school R&B! I'll linger around and take long just to full up my drink cup just to hear a song I like!

  Went here and was told, the place will be opened in 8 minutes. My son and I waited right by the door for them to actually start taking orders. They never once told us to wait outside until they’re open. While waiting, this other dude from out of no where telling us we can’t be in the store because they’re not open and in 8 minutes while the store isn’t open yet, anyone can rob them. This is our first time going to Jimmy John’s and we got treated like trash. Can’t believe the first thing he came out to say was that “anyone can rob them”. Yet, leave the door unlocked. Will NEVER return to Jimmy John’s!!

  UPDATE: WAS offered a free giant sub due to my allergies to lettuce with my cell #. Went to pick a new one up & they didn’t have any number on file. Dropping my rating now 2 stars less as my time was wasted. It’s not as good as a deli, yet it’s better than most sub chains. I’ve eaten here several times, the food/service is always good…just be sure to check your take out orders. Sometimes people forget, and may add something or miss something, happened once here, called them about a lettuce allergy, they apologized & made it right. Please don’t scare people off from this store with bad reviews about wrong orders, as they care and fix it. Would recommend.

  Sandwiches are good and always made fast but several times I have ordered I feel like I am an inconvenience to the staff. I have had better experiences at many other Jimmy John locations
