  Worst place to get food from pizza came out of the over at 8:50pm door arrive at the hotel at 10:15 pm prior before it arriving, I called and asked questions about the pizza because of the time that was taken out of order and was not out for delivery yet the representative stated to me that it will be for sure hot food. Once the food did arrive at the hotel delivery guy called my cell phone and told me he was at the hotel. I told him what wrong number I was in and he told me he will not bring it up so now I am heading back to Domino’s and returning the order because the food was cold and what type of delivery person cannot bring the order up to the room.

  Delivery took over an hour. Pizza was undercooked and cold. Ingredients were tossed on the pizza sporadically and not covering the pizza evenly. Some pieces literally had no toppings while others were over full. I've consistently been disappointed with the food and service here. Unfortunately there are not many choices around my area. I even got an email from domino's telling me they messed up on delivery and offered a free pizza. Really don't want a free pizza because they will probably mess that one up too. They should refund my money. 12/12/25: So I ordered my free replacement pizza and it was another disappointment. Undercooked and doughy. No flavor and skimpy on toppings. Plus they make you order a minimum delivery amount of $18 which defeats the purpose of 'free.' What a joke. I ate 3 pieces and threw the rest in the garbage. I'll never order from domino's again. Poor quality food and late cold food deliveries. Charging people a $5 delivery fee is ridiculous too. After that and trying to tip your driver it's like $10. More than what the pizza costs almost. The 8 piece wings were a joke too. Tiny. They use a plastic bottle to drip the sauce on the wings instead of submerging them.

  It’s Dominos. You know what’s you’re getting, usually. This location, you don’t. Consistency is nonexistent. 75% of the time, you almost get what you ordered. Frequently have things missing from an order. Order Buffalo Mac and cheese? You get Mac and cheese. Order extra sauce? Your crust is dry as the desert. You pay $5 plus tip for delivery? You get to drive back to the store to get your items corrected. Terrible customer service. Nothing but attitude from the staff. You bring an error to their attention and it’s “what do you want us to do?” Your job? It’s too bad too. This location had a great manager that was turning things around several months back. He recognized repeat customers, always made sure orders were correct and overall, wanted the customer to be satisfied. This location is pretty inadequate now.
