- JGJazmin GalarzaOct 29, 20251.0I was at Dairy Queen today 8:50pm I am a usual customer here at this location even though I have move I still come to this Dairy Queen very disappointed the girl who help me today she has red light hair she was very rude bad customer service when I got to the window I told her to confirm my order she try to argue with me told her that I had 4 ice cream in total she only had 3 she rolled her eyes and didn’t even let me speak. This is the second time she assisted with bad attitude and very customer service hopefully the old crew comes back they had excellent customer service not like now.

The manager was super rude and told me to get back in my car and go to the drive - thru! I think not!!! They just threw away a $20 dollar order and 2 faithful customers. I will not be going to this particular Dairy Queen again! My money is too precious to give it to ungrateful management!!!
