The rice has been hard the last couple of times, and tonight they were already out of guac by 8 PM. There wasn’t any sign saying they were out, so I asked the guy in the polo (who I assume was the manager). He just shrugged—twice. No explanation, no apology, just complete indifference. His attitude was honestly worse than the missing guac. If you hate working with customers, maybe customer service isn’t the right job.
