  Lovely new year's surprise, meeting the Caribou product team while ordering. They gave great recommendations and treated us to our tasty breakfast, prepared quickly and with a smile by the barista. Always great to engage with people passionate about their products and their customers - thank you!

  I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. When someone doesn't know how to do something, that's okay! You learn something new everyday, but don't lie to me and tell me you can't do something. I.e. when I order a drink a certain way, which I have done via the app and in person at this very location several times, telling me "we actually can't do that." So. Either you're lying to me or I've been lied to every time I've ordered this in the past. Either puts this place in a very poor light. If the former, suggest management trains the employees to slow down and ask questions instead of lying to customers. I'd rather be asked to wait a moment over being lied to.
