I clearly asked the barista for a light roast, and she said it wouldn’t be a problem—but then went ahead and poured a medium roast instead without saying anything. I don’t drink their medium roast, so that was frustrating enough. When I asked if they could just make a light roast, I got a vague excuse about not having it available, but no real effort to fix the situation or offer an alternative. In the end, I still didn’t get the coffee I asked for. Pretty poor service for something that should’ve been very simple.

Today 3-10 they got it correct when I went inside and ordered and showed them my light ice order from Monday at the same location. Made sure they new it was Light Ice.

The gal taking my order had me repeat the size three times. I don’t understand how there could be a mix up. The manager offered to make it right via email, but no thanks. After sharing a negative experience, I’m not comfortable going back or trusting what they might put in my drink.
