    I hose events at Top Golfs across the country and this one is definitely one of the best! They're staff is absolutely amazing and their willingness to adopt new technology that makes events more efficient is top notch.

    I made the reservation with my credit card, 32$ a couple days prior to arrival. Once there it took the check in host 10 minutes to get us checked in, horrible. My Friend put down his credit card for the drink round when we were at our bay. Today, a day later we come to find out my friend was charged for all except $32 reservation charge i was charged a few days prior. Fix your systems TopGolf.

    My family of 4 went here for the first time this evening. I booked online for the evening session which was to be $60 per Bay for 1.5 hours. I received a text with out Bay number and it said to go there, so we did. Upon arriving, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We quickly seen we had to set up on a screen (again, we’ve never been here and didn’t know what to expect). We started to add our names and learned we’d be charged an extra $6 per person because we each needed to have a lifetime membership. I ended up going back to the website to verify this because I didn’t recall seeing anything about it. Sure enough, it did mention it, but in small lettering. So that was my fault, but I do feel it should be in the same size font as the plates price. Once we started to add names, we also needed email addresses and phone numbers. By the time we did that, and figured out we needed to select certain games, we wasted a good 20 minutes of our allotted time. The server came over twice to ask us if we wanted food and drinks but didn’t seem to notice or care we were struggling to even get started. I think the sign up process should be offered to do online when you book, and give you a quick run down of what to expect and what to do. If we were to go back again, we know what to expect now, but it started the night off a little bumpy.

    Our organization held the annual banquet at this TopGolf location, and we were impressed, Topgolf staff went above and beyond, with the Service atmosphere and the food. Everything was top-notch, I would highly recommend if you’re looking to hold your next big event or corporate company party. Top Golf Brooklyn Center can accommodate it all. Five Star Service!

    We booked one of their packages for my husbands birthday party! Once we got into the bays everything went great. The food was good and the game play is always fun! Except an unforeseen power outage that made us lose 10 mins of play with no reimbursement or add 10 mins to everyone’s bays we had a great time. Our server Desiree did an amazing job and the manager slayed! They really made our experience great. The lady who checked us in tho was unfortunately rude and seemed to just push us away.. it was a lot of our first time being there so for her to tell to just go wait in the bar and not explain that someone will walk around with a sign or give us any details at all, was dismissive and rude. We spent a lot of money there last night and it wasn’t a great start with the attitude feom the front desk and feeling pushed away. But again our server and the manager that was there were very nice and turned our experience around. Overall great time!
