After being told my food was not ready, I sat there as a dozen of people picked up there orders and went on there way. Finally The service clerk asked for my name and I gave it to them again. They said it was not ready yet. They finally looked at me again 45 minutes later, and asked what my name was again( for the 3rd time) . The food had been ready the entire time.
