When I tried to call and cancel the order the lady said she couldn’t do it and kept telling me “it’s okay you can come to the store”. I called again heated and she said “just this one time I will cancel for you”. It seemed reasonable to me considering when I ordered it said it would only take 15-25 minutes. She just didn’t want to do it.

Put in a complaint on the website. Get a no we didn’t bs email response. Saying nope you’re wrong we don’t care. Well I won’t be back Ild suggest others watch for them doing this. I’ll just work with my cc company.
