  I ordered 2 sandwiches at 5:55pm, received one. Called the store 6 times, no answer, had to drive to the store to go get. The answer my husband got was, it just didn't make it in the bag is all. Well guys, the receipt is stapled to the bag, how about checking the order before delivering. Er also paid delivering. We got nothing for our troubles. 2nd time this has happened to us in a row but they were nicer last time......

  I placed an in app order on Sunday. After waiting 40 minutes for delivery, I called the store. I was then informed they had no delivery drivers on duty, and that they were waiting for a third party delivery to accept the order. I ended up having to go and pick up the order, still waited another 10 minutes after o got there. My two hot subs were cold, and my order was not made correctly.

  Freaky Slow. Especially when on a timecrunch. Waited 30 minutes for our sandwiches.They had no bread - at a sandwich shop, so everyone got unwiches or wraps. The staff was running around the kitchen, working cohesively but all seemed like they were leading each other blindly. It was truly a sight. To staff’s credit, they informed us upon arrival they didn’t have bread. They don’t inform us we’d get our meals faster at a true sit down restaurant.

  I frequent this Jimmy John's due to bad experiences at the other location in town. Now this location is just as bad as the other in town. The last 3 times I have ordered they have not gotten my sandwich correct. I always ask for extra pickles and the last 3 times have not received that. This trip I had requested extra pickles, mayo and to add onion and got zero pickles again, no onion and very light mayo. And whom ever made my sandwich did it with diry gloves from another sandwich; my turkey sandwich and the inside of the wrapper is filled with a red crusty seasoning. Unfortunately I will not be back.

  $15 for a sandwich/meal with 3 pieces of ham is insane. Jimmy John’s used to be legit, apparently not anymore.
