  I frequent this Jimmy John's due to bad experiences at the other location in town. Now this location is just as bad as the other in town. The last 3 times I have ordered they have not gotten my sandwich correct. I always ask for extra pickles and the last 3 times have not received that. This trip I had requested extra pickles, mayo and to add onion and got zero pickles again, no onion and very light mayo. And whom ever made my sandwich did it with diry gloves from another sandwich; my turkey sandwich and the inside of the wrapper is filled with a red crusty seasoning. Unfortunately I will not be back.

  $15 for a sandwich/meal with 3 pieces of ham is insane. Jimmy John’s used to be legit, apparently not anymore.

  We went thru the drive thru and received 5 sandwiches which was clearly someone else's order. We told by the VERY rude young lady that we weee wrong and she screamed at us and gave us another sandwich which was wrong again! My husband went in and complained again and finally was given the right order that had been sitting there the whole time! The young lady needs a different job not in the public! We were trying to be honest and not take an order that was close to $80. dollars. What the hell is she so mad about? Never again!
