  I had a long day Easter Day as it was super busy for my family and I and was exhausted to cook dinner so we decided to go to Taco Bell’s for dinner. We didn’t order nothing crazy just a chalupa meal and steak and guac fries a and a cheesy fiesta potatoe.i was in drive thru and when I pull up the cashier that took the money didn’t say what a word to me not even a smile only a stank look on her face . She didn’t even repeat me the total of my order. I thought that was weird but I let it slide. She gave me my change and I said thank you once again not a word !! Nothing. She handed me our food and she didn’t say anything after I said thank you the 3rd time ! Like are you for real ? Your having a bad day or something ? I sat there in disgust cause the 3rd time when I’m being nice and saying thank you and all this girl can do is give me a stank ugly face. I asked her for her name. I asked what her problem was ? MARIANA. I said that’s weird you didn’t say one word to me . Her response was “ oh I don’t like to talk to people and I don’t talk that much.” Like WHAT ?! Why are you working here especially if you’re dealing with people constantly and on the daily ?! Make that make sense !! What a horrible response and a horrible attitude she had gave me from the start. This was my go to Taco Bell spot since I’m around there, but I will not be returning just because of her horrible customer service! Do better Mariana! Treat others how you want to be treated ! Especially if they were nice to you. Or maybe go get another job because apparently customer service ain’t your thing. This was my favorite Taco Bell location but this little girl ruined it for me. Plus my food was cold . I highly do not recommend coming here.

  Worst experience at this one because no one knows how to stay out of your personal bubble and customer threatened to kill someone while I was there

  This is cheesy as hell to write about, but thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a cheesy Gordita crunch that’s - actually- delicious. Every single Taco Bell lately has given me the lamest, driest little depression-era crunches, so this was a refreshing surprise.
