We had horrible service last night. Waitress forgot to put our order in. It took 1 1/2 hrs to get food. Only comp was 2 kids meals taken off. Total people in the party were 2 toddlers 2 adults. Over priced and horrible service. Cant tell you how food tasted as we had it bagged up and left. Kids did get their food only because we asked when they said there was a mistake on our order and the kids as were getting very hungry. When I talked to manager telling him this was unacceptable he said he agreed and then he told me to have a good evening. Customer serviced also sucked

I visited this establishment for my nephew’s 5th birthday, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We experienced excessive wait times for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was unacceptably dry. Our server, Jasmine, was unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude when I raised these concerns. After asking for a manager, I waited 45 minutes for him(Dakota)to appear. When he arrived, he smelled strongly of cigarettes and informed me that because so much time had passed, the kitchen was closed and they couldn't replace my meal. This was a complete waste of time and money on a special day. I cannot recommend this location.

We absolutely love this Rainforest Cafe! We’ve been here at least 10 times over the past year, and it’s consistently been a great experience. The food is always solid, and the service is usually excellent. One thing that really stands out is how welcoming and engaging the staff are. On our visits, we’ve had some really memorable service—especially from Lucas. He’s friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Little things, like the energy he brings when celebrating birthdays, really make the experience feel special. This place is especially great if you’re coming with kids—the animatronics and rainforest atmosphere keep them entertained the whole time, which makes dining out so much easier and more enjoyable. Pro tip: Make a reservation ahead of time. Walk-in wait times can easily go over an hour, but you can usually book online the same day and save yourself the hassle. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!

We had such an amazing experience at Rainforest Cafe, and Tanner truly made it exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our food came out quickly and was delicious, and he made sure our drinks were always full without us ever having to ask. What really stood out was how attentive and personable he was. He went above and beyond by even recommending a local sightseeing spot for us, which we really appreciated since we’re not from the area. Tanner provided top-notch service and made our whole visit enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. We will absolutely be back, and we hope to have him again!

This was my families 3rd time at Rainforest Cafe. My food was by far the worst it has ever been. The experience was by far the worst it has ever been. It started off with our two strollers, being greeted and saying our newborn infants stroller couldn’t be next to us at the table and I’d have to hold my infant the entire time. Then, they seemed annoyed that I asked for a different table and the chance to have our infant car seat. Mind you when we checked in the two girls we greeted when we said our table was ready just laughed and made us wait for a good solid minute and then said follow me. We were confused? We ordered food, which included two appetizers and no plates for them. Nor any silver ware. No napkins. We ordered our drinks which came pretty promptly, we were grateful. Except my daughter’s smoothie which didn’t come until 45 minutes later. Then, our entrees came out and the kids dino nuggets were extremely overcooked. My anaconda pasta’s noodles were overcooked, my sauce was cold and so was the chicken on top and it tasted like old spaghetti. I asked for a different entree and asked for it to be removed from the bill, which our waiter gratefully helped do. We were grateful for him. I asked for the au jus sandwich and the best thing about that meal was the fries. The meat was cold. When we received our entrees we had to wait ten minutes to dig in due to no silverware as well. Then we wanted to try dessert, but our waiter just simply handed us the bill. Didn’t ask. Our 1st time at Rainforest was amazing. Food was great and the people and the atmosphere. The second time, a drink was spilled in the booth we were sat at and I sat in a puddle of ‘something’, and an employee was upset we were sat in his booth and that’s the booth he wanted for his break. The manager came out and gave us a discount and a card to the cafe. My husband and I agreed to never go back. If you’re in a wheelchair be prepared, they might not have “room for you”.
