- DEDaya EldarApr 5, 20262.0We ate at this location and have in the past, but this most recent time will be our last. The portions are very uneven. Some people seem to get more than others. The next issue we had was with the cost. For three entrees (two bowls, and one nacho bowl) with one fountain drink, was $41. For a family of four with three adult entrees and one kids meal at chipotle, it would cost us less than $40. Not to forget they charge $3.50 for a bottle of water and they don’t offer free refills on fountain drinks. The food tasted great but the lack of service and friendly staff plus the high cost of all the meals was ultimately the deciding factor for us not returning.

- GBG BFeb 20, 20261.0I work at the mall, and discovered there’s a QDoba location here! I’ve been here a couple times and I wish to continue getting food here but the service is so rude 💔. They roll their eyes when I request more options (cus I like to have a lot of different components in my bowls, not just 2 toppings maybe 4!) and when it gets toward the end of making my order they make deep sighs, rolling their eyes. I usually brush stuff off like this because you never know what kind of day they’re having at the moment. Unfortunately this is every time (i ordered more than 5 times 😭 💔), today was particularly extra rude. I don’t know if I feel comfortable going again!

I watched the person in front of me receive a full bowl, yet I was served the bottom-of-the-pan scraps for the same price. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and receive half the value due to poor customer service and a lack of effort from the staff. I expected better service and fairness when spending my hard-earned money here. *Yes I was pissed off and the person who was serving the food saw the anger in my face
