Seems like everyone who works here has been bitten by the bad attitude bug. Ice coffee was not made how I ordered it. Don’t go here, go up town.

Went to pick up my online order got back to my hotel and find piece fake nail in my bag of food . Contact the restaurant call them n told them and act like don’t hear me just keep playing around when I said I find nail in my food and trying them too my order mess up onions on my burger and two drinks that was sprite was taste off but try calling again don’t answer after hung up on me bad service

Managers attitude was very rude. I’ve never ordered food on a kiosk before I would’ve assumed because we sat in, that the food would’ve at least been hot, but the fries were cold and to top it off my change was thrown in my hand. I’d never frequent here again

One *3/17 i had place an order @ drive thru upon entering i noticed lots of ice, uneven potholes of snow. while trying to place my order. & lately after placing my order when approaching the cashier window there has NOT been cashier he waiting to take payment from me after seeing others exchange payment when i arrive no one is available?. this has happened a few more times prior to. 3/17
this time i also go served 3 cold fries went back around through poorly managed drive thru went to 2nd window because no one is available @ 1st window. told to wait waited 5 mins for fries i final went back around 3rd time stopped @ 1st window that cashier is now at & asked for refund which was given by a shift lead who didn’t even ask what the situation was or how she could help make my experience smooth i just took my $ & went to culver’s where i was completely satisfied with warm food& quality service. this location i visited on 3/17 needs to have a cashier available @ the window for smoother service.
