  I just had my worst JJ experience ever. Food took an hour to get here we'll give the the lunch benefit of the doubt on that one. They delivered it to the wrong address (2nd time this has happened). And when I tried to call them to try to let them know they just didn't answer the phone. It's lunch, I get they're busy but wow... So much for freaky fast... likely won't be ordering from here anymore.

  I’ve had missing items in my delivery twice now. In my first order, the cheese was missing, and in the second order, a bag of chips was missing. Please look into this issue.

  I work in Wells Fargo Plaza 7900 Xerxes Ave South, 55431(less than a mile from this store) and ordered lunch around 345pm on 3/14/18. It took 40 mins to get one samwhich/side. After calling in I find out they sent one driver out with 3-4 deliveries and mine was last. Freaky fast, um no. If you order from here do not expect JJ to follow through with their brand of prompt delivery. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. Poor management is very evident.
