  I visited Häagen-Dazs today at Mall of America and had a wonderful experience. The ice cream was absolutely delicious—rich, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and made the visit even more enjoyable with their warm and positive attitude. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and excellent customer service.

  The managers name is Stacy and she was very rude! She paid no attention to any customers of color and was rude toward them. I hate to call someone a racist but she’s clearly it! Do not come here

  I bought a banana split and asked the young man why he was of a single flavor and he told me yes, I felt tanal and discriminated because he didn't ask me what flavor he wanted or even served the flavors classics.

  Daycie was very helpful in making my order and the icecream was also delicious too!
