  Breanna was our server 12/19/25 7:18 pm. She provided us with absolutely excellent service and went above and beyond to make our experience great!! We were celebrating our granddaughter's birthday & our daughter and her new husband visiting from the Netherlands. It was a wonderful evening and delicious food as well. Thank you!

  The food was good. Service was slow. Had to take the youngest to the bathroom and when we got back the bill was on the table. Asked my kids if they asked for the cheesecake nope. So when she finally came back around I asked for a box, a slice of cheesecake to go, and the revised bill. Waited and waited and she brings everything to the table. We get home and open the box with the cheesecake to find a damn salad. No cheesecake to be found. Rather disappointing since I did pay for a slice of cheesecake.

  I first tried leaving an online review after a bad experience Dec. 26, 2025. I had to login twice as I don't have enough room to explain all my issues. Tried to call corporate customer service, left several messages, but no one called back. Called once more, they took a message and finally on February 10th the Asst. General Manager called me. He politely looks good istened to my concerns, issues and complaints. He apologized several times then asked me for my email address, implying that he was going to compensate me for at least me for this bad experience. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from him or seen anything in my email box. Our family collectively spent $350 including tip and tax and this is how you get treated at The Rainforest Cafe. Just so you know.

  I was so excited to bring my family in for a Valentines dinner. The waitress was excellent. The food a different story. All of our plates were miss on thing or other. Me I didnt get my mashed potatoes. My daughter didnt get her steamed broccoli. And when she did. It was raw with melted cheese over it. No joke. My granddaughter didnt get her ice cream either. When we left the waitress asked if she could put our souvenir cup in a bag. But never came back with it. All in all a bad experience this time around.

  Service was great for it being super busy. Lucas was our waiter and he was attentive, friendly and brought a great energy to the table! Happy we got a reservation on Open Table when we first got to the mall at 10am because when we arrived for our reservation at 11:30am, the wait was 45 minutes- 1hour. The atmosphere is fun, very dark to set the vibe so hopefully you have great eye sight. We got two kids meals and the appetizer sampler. The food was eh. Nothing we would have to come back for. My four star rating is for the overall experience, I think I’m very critical so this place might be perfect for others.
