Was supposed to be on a waitlist for "30 minutes" and was told id receive a text when my table was ready.... waited over 2 hours with no message, and when I went back to the talk to the employee I was just told to wait for a text which I never received. I'm pretty sure I was taken off of the waitlist which sucked since that was where my kid wanted to eat for their birthday but that's ok cause we ended up going somewhere else. While waiting infront of the restaurant I seen an open Vodka seltzer sitting on the waiter/waitress stand. Not sure who was running the restaurant tonight but it was very unprofessional.

The burger and fries I got were pretty good but the onions on the side came out COLD (felt like they’d been in the freezer). My wife’s were the same. Also my nephews corn was cold. 2 of my nephews asked for waters and we never got them and had to ask again; the waitress asked us if we needed anything else with our food, such as mustard and I said yes please. So when our food came I asked for mustard, the waters, plus extra napkins. They brought it out - minus the napkins 🤦‍♂️ Overall slightly price for what it was, too. Would I come again? Well it was okay, so I’d consider it, but I’d prob try somewhere else bc there’s probably somewhere better. But I do like the atmosphere!!!

We come here twice a year only because my kids love the atmosphere and want to come for their birthdays. It's always the same experience. Adults, be prepared. The food is absolutely atrocious, only made worse by the outrageous prices. Bland, cheap ingredients, prepared by what I would have to imagine are first time cooks. Service is usually decent, although slow at times. You come here with kids for the ambiance since it's the only reason to come. How you can consistently screw up basic foods like burgers, pasta, and appetizers is beyond me. They manage to do it consistently. For what they charge, they need to figure out how to make their food better than just edible.

I wish I could rate this higher, but I’ll give it a 3 out of 5 stars overall between the atmosphere, the taste of the food, and our overall experience. We made a reservation online and where it asked if it was a special occasion, we had put that we were just newly married and that was never acknowledged, but the sea of birthdays around us did with cupcakes. Our server was very nice and very personal. Overall I really liked her. However, the food came out extremely slow. Other tables that placed food after us had their food come out before ours. My husband was about ready to walk out because of how long the wait was for food. Additionally, we had a vegetarian with us and we had made that known. We asked for the Korean spicey stir fry for them and to have the chicken removed - which was noted and the server who dropped it off said no chicken - but combing through the food, there was indeed chicken in the stir fry so we had to wait even longer for new food to come out for them. The food was yummy though when we did finally get to eat. The atmosphere was fun, as we were placed towards the back with the elephants so we got to see the whole place light up with the storms. However, due to the slow service, a completely new dish being needed, and our special occasion not being recognized, I’d have to rate it a 3/5 overall.

Upon arrival, I already knew what this restaurant had to offer and told my daughter who may be on the spectrum what to expect. She insisted she still wanted to go here for her birthday lunch. As soon as we arrived, the host sat us down all the way back in the restaurant just like what happened last year away from everything where you can see the animals and the thunderstorm, and she placed us at a table that had trees dangling down on the table. My daughter has a sensory issue and she didn't want the trees touching her. I didn't want to make this a big ordeal, so I kindly ask our waitress if we could move seats, possibly in the middle of the rainforest. Thinking about it now, I felt like her response was really sarcastic. She proceeded to say "yeah of course sit wherever you want" gesturing her hands to the entire restaurant. I say that her response may have been sarcastic because they had just opened and I know that servers have certain areas in the restaurant so realistically, why would we sit wherever we want? Anyhow, we got an another spot My daughter was comfortable with sitting at. I then ordered myself the bacon burger, and my daughter a cheese pizza kids meal. I kind of feel like the waitress was really annoyed with us just by asking us for moving spots. We didn't really get a good positive attitude from her while ordering our meals. Now this is totally my fault - I never asked to have my burger well done which is how I like my food but the waitress also didn't ask how I would like my burger. So when the food came out, my burger was really pink in the middle and I ended up not even eating it. She also came out and gave my daughter macaroni kids meal instead of the pizza kids meal. I know for sure I asked for a kids pizza meal. It took a few minutes for her to walk past our table again, and when she did I kindly told her that I ordered my daughter a pizza kids meal, not macaroni. She gaslighted me telling me she's sure I told her macaroni. At this point, I was really annoyed with my server. She then took my daughter's plate and said it would be a couple more minutes. When she returned This is how the pizza looked. It took forever to get our bill and when she did come around, she asked if I wanted a box to go for the burger although it was not touched it was just cut in half - I'm no server but if I were a server, I would have asked if everything was OK with a burger as to why the customer did didn't eat it but to each its own. Not wanting to make anything an issue I just paid for both of our meals and we left . I don't think we will ever return for any kind of birthday lunch or birthday dinner.
