  The food was good...over priced ofcourse! I wonder if they did something different to the Blooming Onion. I haven't had it in several years but it seems a bit spicier without the dip. Everything was decent until the end when they got to check. I alerted the host who got me my $3 back right away because I was charged for a game on the little kiosk that I didn't play. However my server came when I did complain about one of the side prices of mac & cheese. So my daughter got the Blooming Burger entree. Most entrees you get 2 sides but if you want to sub for a "premium side" they charge an extra $3.49 but apparently this one entree is the one that didn't offer premium sides options...So she got the burger and fries & I thought I would pay $3.49 extra for the mac and cheese but no I paid the $6.99 entree price. Well she decided it was necessary to literally raise her voice to ask me if I understand now.. like there's literally only a handful of people in the entire restaurant. I think everybody heard you. I made eye contact with my daughter and I put the receipt down and I said, yes, I hear you now in a very stern voice, because all my power I wanted to smack her. For the next hour I just kept repeating to myself that she yelled at me over Mac & Cheese LOL We left about 3pm..she lucky she received myb$5 tip for that $70 meal

  Came here on vacation with my daughter, it was just me and my daughter. We were staying at the grand wolf lodge and decided to come by since it was down the street. I went to a few restaurants up here (Fogo de chao and chao Bella) to be specific. They were great, but nothing came in comparison to the service I received from my server Sophia, she went above and beyond, my daughter came in and was upset, Sophia came and gave her crayons and even brought her a duck which calmed her down which to me was awesome as a single father with full custody of his daughter. The blooming onion arrived late, which Sophia came up to me and immediately took it off my bill. I made sure to compensate those funds to her tip instead because it wasn’t much of a bother. I asked for a drink that wasn’t made often, and she came back and told me that they would also make me a michelada. Everytime she came to the table, she had a smile on her face. Not only did she make my dining experience more pleasurable, but she even calmed down my 4 year old. This girl deserves a raise and I hope that management sees how outstanding of a server she is! Food was 3.8/5 but the service was a 10/5. Highly reccomend visiting this location and asking for Sophia as a server. Thanks!

  Mixed experience here. Very good Gingerbread Fizz and Caesar salads. Grilled steaks had good flavor but undercooked. The prime rib was way undercooked, tough and had no sauce; mashed potatoes had no sauce at all. Blooming onion and soup way oversalted. Got a lot of food for the money, but quality varied.

  The apricot pork chops are so soft and juicy, you will crave them. I am not a vegetable person and normally love the summer steamed veggies only but I have to say the asparagus doesn't disappoint. The guy at the curbside pickup, I have delt with him before and he is Johnny-on-the-spot, very polite. My receipt says team Maurice W, and Hudson W. I didn't catch his name but will the next time.

  Originally had written a bad review. But would like to share my experience. We were staying at the Holiday Inn next-door and we’re exhausted from a whole day at Mall of America so decided to order food for pick up. We waited over 20 minutes in our spot before going in and confronting someone. Was told she was the only one working. Took the food back to the hotel next door and everything was VERY COLD. I messaged them telling them my concerns. The next morning the manager reached out and told me to stop in and wanted to make it right and gave me gift cards to go to dinner again. We went out to eat the next night with a good experience and hot food.
