The atmosphere is a breath of fresh air, especially during the long Minnesota winters. Expansive two-story windows line one side of the restaurant, filling the space with beautiful natural light and creating an airy, open feel. A soothing water feature adds the gentle sound of trickling fountains, making the environment feel calm and relaxing. The food was just as impressive. We shared the oven-roasted crab and artichoke dip with crusty baguette slices, which was a delicious way to start. My friend ordered the salmon sandwich, and I chose the open-faced crab sandwich — both were excellent. To celebrate the birthday, we shared a crème brûlée and enjoyed cappuccinos, which perfectly capped off a lovely and memorable meal. If you haven’t visited Kincaid’s recently — or ever — it’s well worth a stop. It’s a wonderful lunch spot with a spacious ambiance, plenty of seating, and fantastic service (special shout-out to Drew!).
