    Took 90 minutes to get my food delivered. They don't even use their own drivers, they use Uber. I would not order delivery unless you're willing to wait a super long time.

    I am very sick so I can’t drive right now and so I ordered online and I waited 10-15 minutes before I got any notice on my food. The noticed said my food should arrive between 4-4:30pm I ordered the food at 2:50pm. This is not okay shouldn’t have to wait almost 2 hours to get the food when you live a mile down the road. After waiting over an hour and a half they still got my order wrong very unhappy

    Waited more than an hour and a half for delivery, called in multiple times and were told variously that the driver was almost here, that our address was incorrect (it wasn’t), and that there were no drivers available. We finally asked for a refund. It’s one thing if there are problems with a delivery, but why wouldn’t you try to contact the customer or DO SOMETHING to solve the problem with an order that’s just sitting around for so long? Why make up multiple stories about what’s causing the problem?
