I just had my worst JJ experience ever. Food took an hour to get here we'll give the the lunch benefit of the doubt on that one. They delivered it to the wrong address (2nd time this has happened). And when I tried to call them to try to let them know they just didn't answer the phone. It's lunch, I get they're busy but wow... So much for freaky fast... likely won't be ordering from here anymore.

I’ve had missing items in my delivery twice now.
In my first order, the cheese was missing, and in the second order, a bag of chips was missing.
Please look into this issue.

Got a sub here yesterday (10/8/25) around 2:30pm and got sick a few hours later. My stomach is still killing me this morning. This goes without saying, but I’ll never return.

Rebekah is always so friendly and not only makes my order 100% correct but is so fast as well! Sometimes I think it tastes better when she makes it even though it’s the same sandwich!!!
