Way too much cheese and sauce to the point it was soggy and unbalanced. The pizza wasn’t even cut properly, slices were uneven and basically falling apart. Presentation was sloppy, and it honestly looked rushed with no attention to detail. For the price, I expected much better quality and care. Won’t be ordering again unless consistency improves. The chubby blonde lady (who I assume was the manager) was yelling at the crew and proceeded to tell me that they weren't making my food again. I don't think I'll ever be back here again

I have sensitivity to garlic & parmesan, so we always have to request our food without those, and like 97% of the time this location gets it right, or they'll kindly make it right. (Always had great customer service here!) Other locations we've tried can't get it right for the life of them. We've even had the Savage location remake the pizza 3 times one evening because they kept putting the garlic parm on it. Kind staff, but I was honestly concerned about their reading and comprehension skills. Anywho, we decided we are definitely going to stick with the Bloomington Ferry location for good 😂 I've noticed "Nathan" making our orders most times when we use the app, so if that's really the individual's name doing it, give him a raise for paying attention to detail and getting it right the first time around!

We had stopped ordering from them because of poor service 2 years ago but our son wanted to order from them tonight so we decided to try again. Pizza took 2 hours for delivery! We called after an hour and they said they were working on our order. By the time it was delivered it was cold. And then 2 hours later they delivered more pizza to our house but it was for a different house on our street! DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE. Bad service bad pizza. Domino’s needs to revoke this franchise and find a new owner.
