It's very understaffed and overworked and just asking for a napkin from an angry person gets you some hateful looks when the owners/managers are probably not getting shifts covered well. The area looks nice, the store is always dirty. I'll rewrite this and give it a better rating when it gets better again, its just swinging wildly right now in quality and we keep getting bad results more often than not.

Considering it took 10 minutes for someone to even greet us at the counter, it wasn't a quick food option like we'd hoped. The cashier was super nice and apologized for the wait. My recommendation, if you want your food all at once and in a timely manner, is to just go through the drive-thru. They seemed to take priority with those orders over the ones in-store. To their credit, they continued taking orders past closing time. No fault to the workers, I just think they may be understaffed.
