I ordered a drink specifically to treat my low blood sugar, but waited over 15 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. When I asked about my order and explained that I was experiencing a medical emergency due to low blood sugar, I was still told to keep waiting and had to wait an additional 6–10 minutes. No urgency, assistance, or apology was shown. Untreated hypoglycemia can be dangerous, and the staff’s response was dismissive and unsafe. This experience was distressing and could have had serious consequences. I hope this location improves staff training to respond appropriately when customers communicate urgent medical needs.
