  We stopped in for a beer while we shopped on a Friday night and the bar service was 12/10! Sarah was our server and she was personable, understood when to chat and when to let us be, always made sure everything was topped off, made us laugh and we will be back no doubt because of her!

  I was excited to visit based on the description on their website that promised "rock 'n roll inspired décor". Sure enough, we were greeted with posters of Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin and Hank Williams Jr, but the music that was playing did NOT match that vibe. I had to Shazam the songs to find out who they were and found that they were by acts such as Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Redman & Method Man, and The Favors, FINNEAS & Ashe. Took me out of the vibe completely. I understand wanting to cater to a younger, more modern crowd, but if you want to do that, make that your WHOLE identity, don't lure us older folk in with the promise of something we're not going to get. That said, the service was fine- our server was prompt and friendly. The food was good. Served hot and fresh and pretty quickly. I just can not get past the feeling of the bait and switch with the atmosphere...

  I went to eat here after shopping at the mall around 8 we sit down and go to order our food and our waitress was very rude she was very bossy I needed a refill she says pick up your straw didn’t ask if I wanted another drink just said pick up your straw then we are done eating pretty much I had half my pizza left and she come up to the table and says your done eating then wouldn’t pick up the checks off the table she said give me your checks and was just very rude the whole time food came out a little cold and I was just not happy with the service at all I think her name was Dev or something like that she told us to memorize it for some reason.

  Perfect spot to grab a drink and recharge while exploring Mall of America. We shared their variety platter — the cheese curds were amazing, the meatballs added some good protein, and the chips with queso were delicious. It was just the right assortment for both of us to enjoy what we were craving! We noticed a mix-up with the couple next to us, but the staff handled it so well — multiple apologies and offering to comp something to make it right. Mistakes happen, but great service is when a team takes accountability, and they absolutely did. Even though it was busy, we felt taken care of the entire time. Friendly service, tasty food — we’d definitely come back!

  Typically I love coming here! I’ll definitely not be back for awhile. I made reservations on a Friday night and was surprised when we walked right up and got a table anyway - It wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be! We got our table with the kiddos and then waited and waited as waiter after waiter walked by us. We were sat for 25 minutes and never got drinks. My kids were extremely disappointed but Santa waits for no one so we had to high tail it to the food court to make our spot time. When we left I let the hostess know that we never got drinks and needed to leave. While she was empathetic, the other hostess at the front made a snide comment which was completely unnecessary. Food is usually great, but the service left much to be desired tonight.
