There were four employees standing behind the counter, chatting, even making eye contact, but not one person greeted me or helped me. It was a couple of Hispanic girls, a girl with a bull nose ring, and a white man with Cruella Deville hair (half white half black). I went up and asked about service and they told me I needed to go to the register. I went there and waited and decided to leave and go elsewhere. You can watch the cameras. I am the one in the pink sweatshirt and will not be returning. 12/19/25 9:20 am or so.

Ryne was able to help me pick out a bagel flavor, which was helpful as I hadn’t been here for a few years. Coffee was fresh, hot, and delectable. Keep up the amazing work!
