Ordered 2 large fries and a meal fries is all my daughters wanted we had to wait like they are making fresh fries and got the large fries half way filled. What a way to rip off your costumers and my daughter told the girl at the window she was pretty…….pretty pathetic when you rip off people that are nice to you and go to your place of employment so that the employees can have a job but it looks like they don’t care about the costumer as long as the check are signed. What a disappointment. You can save the “we are sorry for your experience” arby’s and actually do something about the staff and the way the treat you by ripping you off on things paid for. It did not say half a large fries on your menu it said large fries. Do as you advertise. Care about the clients that help you stay open. It is sad when a business has to be asked to do the bare minimum as they have no conscience or regrets about ripping you off.

After a really hard days work, all I could think about was a Gyro meal. Went to Arby’s to get it, got home and found that I was given an Italian beef dip with no au jus. Are you kidding me? And this is definitely not the first time my order has been screwed up. Done with the Bloomington location.

We eat at Arby's quite often. Our 2 favorite Stores are in Burnsville and Apple Valley. Friendly people and clean dining areas.

If I could give this arby's a lower star rating than one star, I would. This place is so disgusting from the employee's attitudes down to their nasty food, which is a lot different than all the other arbies, that are out there serving up quality customer service and food. From playing games on the phones to serving, we owe sale bread and thinking it's okay. But have no doubt i'm applying as management at that location.
