  As we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted by anyone. Eventually, a staff member from the kitchen came to the front to take our order and ring us up. Unfortunately, she seemed disengaged and unwilling to communicate clearly about our order. While there may have been a language barrier, her overall demeanor came across as rude and unwelcoming. Since this was our first time visiting Wingstop, the lack of customer service was very disappointing. After placing our order, we waited quite a while without any updates. My boyfriend and I eventually went to the counter ourselves to check on our food. While we were filling our drinks, another customer came in and even questioned the same employee about her attitude during checkout. Despite us ordering first, that customer received her food before we did, which felt very inconsiderate. After waiting longer, we asked again about our order and were told it would be ready shortly. When we finally received our food, we checked the bag to make sure everything was included. We had to ask about our dipping sauces, and the employee didn’t clearly communicate that they were already in the bag. Overall, the customer service was poor from start to finish. As first-time customers, this was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others based on the lack of professionalism and service.

  Just trash, working sitting in the lobby personal conversations, cleaning and preparing orders/food and isnt sanitary.

  The best Wingstop I've had in YEARS!! Probably because the cooks weren't blasting rap music, and barley spoke English but coukd read an order sheet that said WELL DONE unlike most cooks at other wingstops.

  Order an order or cheese fries and original hot chicken tenders and got nothing on the chicken and plaine fries I called them and askied fro a manager and the girl on the phone said it was no manager I askied when will a manager will be in she said there won’t be one then I explained I used to work at a wing stop and this is not ok she then proceeded to tell me she will let her manager know I want a refund and I then stated oh so you do have a manager and she hung up on me not only will I up there to talk to a manger but someone needs to deal with this night crew it’s absolutely horrible and unacceptable
