  DON’T COME HERE! We were denied a receipt because an employee told us that, “Corporate told us to stop issuing receipts to customers.” We had a difficult time ordering because the person taking our order wasn’t sure if she rang us up correctly. She printed a receipt for us before she charged us and stated, “Look over this because I want to make sure I got the order right” everything was correct BUT we were charged for extra sauce. We told her to take off the extra sauce and she got confused and asked another employee. This employee was the one who denied giving us our receipt and told us it’s because of corporate. She had a bad attitude towards us and came off hostile. We wanted our receipt to make sure we were rang up correctly but felt more unsure if we were being charged correctly since the way they denied us of our receipt felt very unfriendly and hostile. Never coming back and honestly people should be be weary coming here because even after all of this they didn’t even tell us how much our total was, in fact we had to keep questioning them about our total even after the transaction took place. We also saw her print our receipt and tell us our total after we kept pushing her to at least tell us how much we’re being charged… There’s definitely a lack of training at this location from understanding how to work the register and customer service. It was even more prevalent when we were shown hostility off the first encounter. Also, when we visited this location no one helping us wore name tags not sure how much of a company Wendy’s is to deny their customers receipts but allow their employees to not wear name tags. First time for everything I guess. Just like many other reviews about this location if 0 stars was an option this place would get negative stars. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MID FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  This is the most ridiculous Wendy’s ever. Half the time, the store is closed except drive through. If you order it from door dash, they will make you wait 30 minutes and then reroute your order to another store. I like Wendy’s food. But stay away from this location!
