  I ordered delivery from this location in December. When my order arrived it was incorrect, I had ordered wings and fries and got two servings of fries. I called to get this fixed and was told I would get a credit on my account. A week later and I never received a credit or a refund so I sent a message to corporate, about a week later I got a response saying it was passed onto this store and I’d receive a response in 3 business days. I heard nothing for a month I sent a follow up saying that I hadn’t heard anything. I got a response about a week ago from corporate apologizing again and saying I would get a response from this store in 3 business days. Still nothing. I am no longer going to purchase from Pizza Hut as a result of this horrible customer service.

  It really makes a difference when they change the frier oil and they always stay on top of it at this location. Thanks so much!

  Slow! Nobody came to the drive through window, had to park and go in, I placed an order ahead of time and picked the ready time, wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes. So the workers seemed like they couldn’t care less to do their jobs. Avoid this location

  We don't live close so I had my husband pick up an online order I placed. He was given the completely wrong order but didn't realize until he got home. When we called to complain we were given the option to come back to get the right order. Sorry, this was not our fault and we told them to deliver the correct order, also to credit back for the difference in price. The argued that they can only do store credit. This backfired on us once before at this location. When the call ended we were assuming we were waiting for our pizza to be delivered. 2 hours later, no pizza. I called back to check on our pizza. I was told they didn't have our address to deliver. ( remember I ordered online with my information and phone number) This ended with them promising to have the manager call today. Well guess what, no call. What happen to customer service. Not from Haley and Bryce for sure!
