  We placed an order ahead for 2 canteens of hot chocolate to be ready by 12:30pm on a Saturday, to be picked up in the drive thru. We arrived at 12:38 with one car in front of us and thought we were doing great with timing to get our daughter across the street for her soccer game by 1pm. We waited 5 min and the car in front of us (who'd turned their engine off) didn't move. I went inside to try and get our already paid for items quicker, only to be further disappointed. I stood at the pickup window for 4 minutes while six employees worked, but not one of them looked up or cared about any guest standing there. There were at least 5 other dining guests or door dash drivers looking for some sort of communication. I then went to the front counter to see if they could help and the person taking cookies off of a tray told me that I needed to "go back to the window". I told him that those people don't talk and he just told me he was sorry to hear that. Great service??? I eventually got my hot chocolate from the window, went back out to our car (STILL IN LINE), waited another two minutes for them to get their order, and then we finally left....after 14 minutes of first being in the drive thru line. There are so many reasons this place should not have a drive thru, but the lack of good service, ESPECIALLY during a lunch rush needs attention. I have been in retail customer service for 25 years and this place needs some serious improvement. The only reasons this place gets more than one star is because the hot chocolate was REALLY good, and they gave us whipped cream, cups and utensils.

  The manager this Sunday morning is dishonest: I asked for the Baked Goods Feast (6 pastries), but he charged me for the pastries individually.

  Thank you the GM Demiah who provided such excellent service!!! My sister and I were looking for some quick lunch and stopped by this location. We automatically went to the screens to order but Demiah welcomed us in. It makes you remember how nice it is to have quality human services in a world of so many screens. He also supported his employees and it was lovely to see the care he put into helping everyone who stopped by. I appreciated hearing his interaction with a door dasher and helping direct him with such kindness. Also love the one piece hat! Will absolutely choose this Panera over my other ones in the area ☺️

  The price for the quality is outrageous! Only went because I wasn't feeling well. I cannot justify ever going again.
