  They close at 12 and I ordered and got mine at 11 Saturday. Service was fast and flavor was great. Unfortunately, the fries were on the cold side, and the chicken wings were tough or overcooked. Will try again more during peak hours.

  Customer service was TERRIBLE! No greeting at all when walking through the door. When I asked how long on my order the lady just gave me attitude & said not ready yet. I stood inside for over 15 mins. It took approximately 40 minutes for them to complete my order. The lady grabbed a bag of BBQ sauce & operes it with her MOUTH. There was a worker on break when returning he didn’t wash his hands just jumped straight on the line. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THEY SUCK!!!!

  Update: spoke to Anna the next day and she was a doll. The 2nd order was also not made correctly from the day before l, so they gave me another order. The wings were all cooked and made right. The staff were all nice and helpful like the first time I came a couple months back. I added stars back for that because it did not represent the whole company. Do not come here late. Came in 30 mins before close last night Jan 2nd. When i walked in she said "were closed" with a crappy look on her face. I told her that it said open til 12am . Then she tells me online only. She was trying to just make me walk away because they were cleaning and seemed upset . But alot of people still had orders so it didnt make sense. So i put order in online and run to cub. Come back and look at food and my chicken is white and soft rubbery. I say i want a refund she says 2-3 days but can barely understand english or speak it. I say thats fine . Instead she remakes them. I ask for seasoning on fries she comes and dumps so much of it just rude. Then i get home and bite into chicken and all the blood by the bone .. yes they were cooked but handled bad and half of them stunk . I have no idea what the attitude was about or the poor service but I had excellent service and food a couple months back. No smile, no english, no good food. I got out of my bed to drive out here. Only 2 mexican ladies there. And i smelled cigarettes.

  Came to the store for a doordash order right at midnight. I know they close at midnight but they had the order ready, on the pickup shelf and would not answer the phone. They were all standing at the counter. The pickup time was 12:06, so im sure they made the order knowing they'd be locking the doors by the time to food was ready, but its a great plan if.ypu want to keep the food for yourself. They put a third bag on the shelf as I was writing this review.

  Came in at 9:44 (I live 1hr and 1/2 away), patiently sat there for like 30 minutes after ordering (people who came in after me were already receiving their orders). Also waited a couple minutes for my sister’s order. Had to stop and get gas, all for me to come home to some bare ahh wings. Called to explain and see what could be done because if I were to drive back they would’ve been closed. The manager laughed and said “You came in at 9:44 and it’s 11:30, what do you want me to do?”. I explained the reason as to why I came home so late and then she just put me on hold, no “One moment let’s see what I can do” nothing just sat there on hold. I ended up hanging up because I know they were just trying not to deal with me. Check your wings because I guess putting seasoning on some wings is mentally challenging and physically demanding for them.
