I was just in there. The employees were all of a certain ethnicity, and were treating the one employee who was not... terribly. They reused to help him any time he asked. I had ordered a baked potato, and after waiting for 15 minutes.. iasked the young man "ethan" what was taking so long... he attempted to ask "DANA" for help ... multiple times. She looked at both of us, rolled her eyes. And continued looking at the drive thru window..
Another 5 minutes later I asked again, Dana then said it would be FIFTY ONE MINUTES, for my baked potato. I asked for a refund.. .she wouldn't respond to me.. so I asked a couple.other times.. she then picked up her phone and called someone, refusing to look at me or respond and had a phone conversation instead. I then asked for my receipt, which she would not move away from the computer for the cashier Ethan to grab.. instead she watched him.sift through the trash can for the receipt. I was never given a refund. And she never once spoke even one word to me. I ended up leaving her her laughing on the phone with the male she was speaking to. I called the store multiple times after leaving, only one was answered, and after stating I was calling for my refund, the only words I heard were something along the lines on bendeja??, and hung up.

December 18th, 5:45 pm. Ethan working the front register is by far the worst kid I've ever delt with when trying to order food. Fire him immediately!!! Who ever the manager working there also has no idea what he is doing either. The place is hectic and there was only one family in the dining area and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. It was like speaking to a 2 year old child when trying to order my food. Also ordered a kids meal that comes with chicken nuggets but guess what didn't come in the kids meal no chicken nuggets. Honestly who ever is in charge of this Wendy's needs to get this establishment into better shape because right now this is the worst fast food place I have ever been to.

Don’t bother, you won’t get served. We stood at the register for 5 minutes, multiple employees looked at us, but not one of them is interested in serving their customers. We left and got lunch elsewhere, no knowing how long they were going to make us wait.

I ordered 4 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a 6 piece spicy nugget. My food was cold and stale like it had been sitting in the trays they use for hours. It took the workers about 5 min to give me my food so of course I thought it was fresh. But no. My nuggets were rubber and the Burgers were the same texture. Very disappointed.

I went through today, and I placed the same order I have been placing for years.
I am glad I started eating before I made it to the freeway entrance, because the food they gave me almost had me gagging by how disgusting it was.
I ordered Sweet and Sour sauce for chicken nuggets, and instead they have me Sweet Chili sauce. When I returned to inform them of their error, I was told "Like, we don't have that anymore, they kind of replaced it." When I asked what sauces they did have, I was read a list that was about as unappetizing as you could imagine. Given the 'bait and switch' they tried to pull on me, I had already lost some of my appetite, and disappointing list of sauces killed the rest of my feelings of hunger.
Thoroughly disappointed with my experience, I was left with no option other than to ask for a refund. Unfortunately Wendy's seems to have a ludicrous policy of not giving receipts after accepting payments (including refusing to give them upon request), so I had to argue with the person giving the refund over how much I had paid to begin with.
Shady business practices, poor customer service, bad menu decisions. I have lost any faith in the company as a whole. I understand why they lost out on SpongeBob promotions after the dismal failure of the last one.
