Sometimes there may be someone to take your order at the pickup table but it seemed to be infrequent when we were there as there were only 3 staff we could see filling orders in the back. It is a smaller taco bell so has only so many seating options. They had a power outage when we were there so got a little backed up / behind as systems came back up, etc. They managed to get everything back and get our orders out but it was hard to catch anyone in all the rush to get back on track. So unusual experience but we have had great service in the drive through before too.
