  Was not given our whole order. Items were different but wrapped in the same paper as others so had to take them apart to figure out what was what as they all looked the same.

  I ordered online and payed in advance, I came all the way in a snowstorm after a 2 and a half hour overtime day and I specifically added extra sauce to the menu and you crayon eaters forgot my sauce. I would've preferred to drive into oncoming traffic and die a slow and painful death on the way to the hospital than have you guys mess up my order again. Please for the love of God if you guys are going to mess up the sauce just ask at the window and make me repeat myself.

  I love their soft shell beef tacos. The family pack is the way to go for a family treat.

  You have to order pretty much even kiosks here. Sometimes there may be someone to take your order at the pickup table but it seemed to be infrequent when we were there as there were only 3 staff we could see filling orders in the back. It is a smaller taco bell so has only so many seating options. They had a power outage when we were there so got a little backed up / behind as systems came back up, etc. They managed to get everything back and get our orders out but it was hard to catch anyone in all the rush to get back on track. So unusual experience but we have had great service in the drive through before too.

  I've had issues with the app but this time it worked as advertised and the meal was ready right on time!
