    I placed a plan-ahead order at 4:15pm for 5:30pm pickup on Halloween (I get that it was a busy night which is why I planned it so far ahead). When I arrived at 5:30pm, I was told my order hadn’t been started yet but would be expedited and ready in 15 minutes. After multiple check-ins and talking to a worker again at 615 saying my order was on the make line (found out it wasn't), I finally got my food at 6:45pm over an hour later than promised. Staff were clearly overwhelmed, but it was disappointing that a scheduled order was completely missed. Unfortunately I didn't get to do as much trick or treating with my kid because I was lied to multiple times about my order. Hoping they can improve organization on busy nights.

    Order said it was ready to be picked up arrived and had to wait 15 min for my food to be done. I dont understand this location. Always issues. It's a shame. Will not be using this location any further. Upon arrival home we found out our order was not our order. Huge bummer should have known better I guess
