When I arrived at 5:30pm, I was told my order hadn’t been started yet but would be expedited and ready in 15 minutes. After multiple check-ins and talking to a worker again at 615 saying my order was on the make line (found out it wasn't), I finally got my food at 6:45pm over an hour later than promised. Staff were clearly overwhelmed, but it was disappointing that a scheduled order was completely missed. Unfortunately I didn't get to do as much trick or treating with my kid because I was lied to multiple times about my order. Hoping they can improve organization on busy nights.
