I went to the food window and asked them to change it and the worker tried to tell me I ordered chicken noodle. I said I'd like the correct soup. She grabbed the bag looked inside then crumbled up the bag with my complete order and threw it in the garbage. My 10 year old daughter was shocked since she had never seen an adult in the service industry behave so poorly. I did get my soup but I'm usually at this location 3 times a week and will now look for another place to eat or another location. Looking at the reviews on here maybe this management should be overhauled. Clearly they need to learn how to train workers to be respectful. Mistakes happen it's how you respond to them that matters.
