  We just moved to Blaine, and have only gone to this McDonalds 3 times in the last 2 months however every time there has been a long wait time, even when not busy, missing food, and cold food or some combination of the 3 issues. Considering we’re paying the same amount as what we’d be paying at a McDonalds that gives solid service and hot food, it’s pretty disappointing. I’d recommend going to another, unless you like long wait times only to get cold for and be missing things you’d ordered.

  I come nearly everyday. May sound bad, but it’s for coffee or a snack for my daughter after work! Great employees , fast service if school kids aren’t there.. and everything is made correctly every time!!! Wish I could give more than five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I order under Dakota 🤗)

  My go to mac dons ! Foods always right , its never a long wait even at busier times , the only complaint is that nector of the gods (Diet coke) is a hit or a miss , and I craaaaave it and get sad when its not *crispaaaye* the MAIN REASON im giving this location 5 stars is because of SHY , customer service 🤌🏻personality 🤌🏻 smile 🤌🏻 recognizes me when i mobile order , (making me feel all VIP type and such 👸👑)🤌🏻 really the friendliest employee ive had any interactions with 🤌🏻 You guys better hold on tight to SHY , SHY'S definitely an asset to that stores team! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌟🌟🌟🏆🏆🏆

  I always order my burger with only ketchup and pickle no seasoning and my cheese on the side Twice I recieved lots of onion and mustard and not even a burger inside This last time I went was yesterday and the manager said "Can I ask you this why do you have to have your cheese on the side and told me that I complain to much and to never come back I asked for no salt on my fries because im not supposed to have mega salt in my diet If somebody has special request You should be granted this Especially if you are allergic Very rude and inconsiderate Very disappointed we eat there 2 to 3 times a week it's right by my house I got the shaft I'm a customer and a human

  Took 10 minutes to make a frappe and a McGriddle at 7am Both window workers were non existent. When they finally did come to the window they took an extra 3 minutes to put whip and caramel on top. Then when finally done with the frappe, she grabbed the phone, went in the corner and took the phone call instead of handing out the frappe. There was one single car. Some of us have to get to work. To the managers- talk to the girl who was working window 2 at 6:50 Jan 1st. Not a care or thought behind those eyes.
