When they finally did come to the window they took an extra 3 minutes to put whip and caramel on top. Then when finally done with the frappe, she grabbed the phone, went in the corner and took the phone call instead of handing out the frappe. There was one single car. Some of us have to get to work. To the managers- talk to the girl who was working window 2 at 6:50 Jan 1st. Not a care or thought behind those eyes.

It’s like they cooked a piece of chicken that was either all tendons or completely frozen… I’m honestly not sure, all I know is I physically couldn’t even bite through it. Also, it was unbelievably small. Very disappointed. Terrible quality considering the cost of the meal…
