Fun cute place, but quite a bit overpriced for my taste. I got the buttermilk pancakes since they were one of the few items for less than $15( I think they were $12). Although a bit too pricey, and no sides served with them , the pancakes were tasty. I didn't order coffee because it's $6 for regular brewed coffee, wow. The waitress was great though.

This places is okay, it wouldn’t be my first place in mind to eat. There also is too much focus on making the place and the food look pretty. Not enough focus on making good food. The price point was average to expensive for what you get. The waffle was not very tasty. Overall leaving full from the meal. We need more average breakfast places and less of these yuppy ones this this place.

What a great addition to Blaine! Delicious coffee and food, plus great staff!
I made reservations and was sat right away on a busy Sunday morning.
Ordered avocado toast with" just egg" instead of poached eggs and it was a great vegan option (something sorely missing in Blaine!) Several other dishes were able to be organized as well.
Excited to go back and try more

When I first walked into Hopes, the atmosphere was so welcoming, I love the decor. We were welcomed with smiles and great service. Monique was such a great waitress, when we talked to her it was like we were talking to a friend, and she had such a beautiful smile.
Be prepared to experience the different palettes of food, what we tried was so amazing and believe me, we tried a lot, 😂. I will definitely be back, in fact my daughter is vegan and she is going to be so happy that she will have another choice for food.
