First one it took 2 hours for my food to come, I gave grace because it was snowy. When I called to check on my order no answer. So I waited and called again, the rep on the line explained he just left the store he will be there shortly. I live 10 minutes away! The pizza tracker showed that he left the store 30 minutes prior to the call. I’m waiting for my pizza finally I cancel it. I wake up the next morning the pizza is on the ground in front my house. I called and was told I was be refunded and I was not. I had to dispute it with my bank. The 2nd experience was months later. I decided to give them a second chance, this experience was the one that broke the camels back. I order the food via online order this time it was a little faster. I was tracking the driver when they left the store to ensure I wouldn’t miss them and my food would’ve been sitting outside. The tracker stopped working for 20 minutes, but I figured it was the app, When I checked again the driver was right by house. 10 minutes later NO PIZZA! I check again and it says my food was delivered. So I go outside again the driver put THE FOOD ON THE GROUND IN THE RAIN!!!!! I didn’t get a phone call he didn’t ring my door bell NOTHING… I checked my camera and what do you know he didn’t ring the doorbell he just sat the pizza on the wet ground and walked away!! I got a refund this time but when I requested to speak to a supervisor there was not one available and there wasn’t one on available for days after that! If you like people playing with your food, cold food hours for delivery this is the place for you!! Worst dominos I have ever visited!
