Went in and told them about it and they refused to give me a free bag of chips. I can understand that people are probably trying to get free stuff, but a bag of chips?????? Never eating here again. I’m so sick of sub-par customer CARE!!!!

I had a birthday free guacamole on the app that I was scanning in the restaurant and she said it didn’t work even though seeing I had it. She did not ask anyone else for help to figure it out or try to offer any other solutions other than just having me pay for it and on top of that did not give my kids their chips or drinks. Terrible terrible experience. Go to any other one honestly.

Not just the food (which I get, it's chipotle, it my burrito sucks it's my fault for picking the ingredients) but the staff was friendly and the manager there Austin made the whole experience awesome when he took a moment to talk to us about some tricks he does to maximize the flavor.
