  I have come to this chipotle for years. I have stopped going. All meat is over cooked and dry. I hope they figure this out.

  The food was fine but when I pick it up i realized that they messed up my order and I ordered a whole different thing I did order a bowl but the rest was all wrong

  12/18/25 I ordered steak bowl for pick up, but decided due to the weather to eat inside. As I’m standing and waiting for my order. I over hear the online prep staff state they are out of steak. I didn’t think anything of it of course (cook more steak.., right? ) I received my order sat down to eat, my bowl had about 5-6 pieces of steak bits if that! I brought my bowl back up to the counter and they had the manager look at it. He goes “ I see some steak 🤣” I said “no there’s only a few pieces and I moved my food around, which was all of my other toppings. I said “I over heard you say you were out of steak, 🥩 as a customer you should have offered me something else!” He goes “we can’t give you anything else we’re out of steak 🥩” 🤣 I said “I paid for my order, then you need to compensate me with something else! “ He was literally not wanting to give me more “meat” for my bowl. Then I said “everyone pays for a “spoon” of “meat”., either refund my bowl or give me something else!” He finally gives me a small size (sauce container) of the carnitas meat, 🤣. BEWARE check your pick up order before you leave!! DO NOT just grab and go, if you have a few minutes to look at it! That’s how they get you!! Lbvs! 🤣 I did another previous online order and it was “no meat” put on my bowl at all!! Very BAD customer service!! Your entitled to get what you’re paying for regardless what it is!!

  Food is good as always but for some odd reason today was non verbal customer service. I'm sure it had something to do with the horrible weather outside so can't fault the workers, just note to anyone, if you decide to work in the summer service industry, try to do your best and give grace to all of your customers no matter to situation.

  Very disappointed in this location, I love chipotle because of the macros and it aligns with my fitness. The only problem is the service, long faced, unhappy, no energy associates who are supposed to meet our needs instead make a simple order a problem. For one it’s the energy and for two the portioning, getting 1 oz of guacamole and getting up charged a lot, then when I ask for an actual serving I get attitude and eyes rolled at. AND SHE COULDNT EVEN WRAP MY BURRITO
