I called the morning of to request an earlier pick up time and had the pleasure of chatting with a guy who was more than accommodating and had the bagels ready for two hours before the originally scheduled pick up time. Not only was he extremely friendly, he also carried them out to my car for me. Such great service and I'm so appreciative!
