Just short suggestions. New beef bites are too spicy and bold flavor Serve plain with sauce on side. Couldn't wait to try but won't order again unless flavor is made milder. Rueben sandwiches nleed to be put together when ordered. Sitting in foil causes sogginess. Love Arby's otherwise.

I had a disappointing experience at this Arby’s that really didn’t need to happen.
I arrived ready to order and mentioned that I had a coupon but had accidentally left it at home. I knew the exact coupon details item, price, and promotion and explained this clearly at the counter. Instead of offering any flexibility or customer service, the employee’s response was simply that I should go home and get it.
No attempt to help. No effort to verify the promotion. No consideration for the inconvenience just a rigid, dismissive answer.
I understand policies exist, but good customer service also involves common sense and discretion. Many businesses are able to honor a well-known, clearly described coupon or at least offer an alternative solution. Telling a customer to leave and come back over something so minor sends the message that their time doesn’t matter.
Fast food is supposed to be fast and friendly. Unfortunately, this experience was neither. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d encourage management to reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future.

This location looked newly remodeled. It was very nice. The turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich is awesome!

Not funny, Joshua. I politely asked for my Gyro (Tzatziki) sauce on the side. Not that much to ask for. I also spelled my name out when you asked and that's 100% not how it's spelled. Food was still good though. Glad you're not the cook. I'll still be back at some point.
