  799 box you can't go wrong with it.. The fish takes 5 to 6 minutes to make though. Order on your app

  I normally have a good experience here. But when I stopped by they were out of chicken sandwiches so got beef n cheddars with an order of tenders. They asked me wait at the 2nd window for about 5 minutes which was fine until I got home. The sandwiches and fries were cold and they forgot the tenders. Drove back and told them the order was missing the tenders and the rest of the food was cold. They apologized and gave me the tenders with a medium fry instead of a small to make up for it. Food and service were on the low end of okay even for Arby’s.

  Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. After ordering I was told to go to the second window. I pulled to the second window and waited another 10 minutes. When the employee came to the window he yelled at me that I was supposed to go to the first window. I told him I was instructed to go to the second window and he said, “well we’re really busy here!” I then told him I was going to pay with tap and he yelled, if you’re going to pay with tap then you’re going to have to go all the way around back through the drive through and come back to pay! (There were over ten cars behind me.) I said okay, no worries I will pay in cash then. He snatched the money out of my hand and we waited about her 15 minutes for our food.

  This location is consistently slow when getting food out yet always looks busy. I've never had my order ready by the time I arrive even if placing the order 10-15 minutes prior and seeing it say "ready in about 6 minutes" and then still have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes.. By the time you receive it, certain items are cold. Avoid this location if you are actually wanting fast service and hot food..
