  I have tried this location twice. The first time the rice and beans in my burrito were hard as can be, the rice was still completely uncooked. Try again this evening and they are out of 90% of the toppings and their staff just mumbles and rolls their eyes. We left halfway through the taco being made because they were out of everything and offered zero solutions. Their employees are the bottom of the barrel.

  Every time I order here they do not give me the right items. I ordered with over an hour until closing and they were already packing up. no reason to give me the entire bowl wrong. Rice-not even cooked still crunchy, no guacamole, and wrong chicken all together. This is ridiculous.

  Barely any meat in any of our food even though I ordered double portion Chicken/Steak. No steak at all in my bowl. What little chicken meat there was in the bowl were the smallest pieces like they were diced for toddlers. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

  I have been a Chipotle fan for years but this store and the one in Forest Lake have shaken my confidence in the franchise and got me wondering what, exactly, is going wrong. This store was filthy, trash laying around, starting in the entryway and continuing through the rest of the dining room. The staff actively ignored the customers and did an absolutely terrible job of serving food. I was charged for an add-on that I didn't order (which wasn't provided) but whatever, I'd rather lose $2 than spend any more time in there than I had to. The burrito wasn't good, the service was atrocious, atmosphere was dismal and the value was negative. There is a Taco Bell across the street. You'd be happier there. Hey Chipotle corporate: stores like this are dragging you down. If they can't be bothered to sweep, if all the wood (door handles, walls, etc) is worn bare and dirty, if the entire store looks like it's been dragged behind a truck for a week, the staff sulks and only grudgingly seems to serve food, why would anybody want to eat there? This store needs a serious renovation and new management.

  This Chipotle location at Northtown Mall is consistently disappointing. Today, a guy in front of me asked for fajitas, but they were out and no one made more. I then ordered a chicken bowl and asked for chipotle chicken, but they also said they wouldn’t make more—same situation as the fajitas. The store had a full crew, but the line had no product available. I ended up getting regular chicken and rice it tasted plain with no flavor. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.
