- AWAJ Wipper6 days ago1.0For ~$22, I received chicken with gristle and fat, undercooked rice, and flavorless salsa verde. The bowl’s portion sizes were so small I could have fit another entire bowl inside of the container and still closed the lid (this is even after following their CEO’s suggestion of asking for more and giving the employee a look). I’ve been to this location at least 20 times in the last year and this is the consistent experience. It’s like Chipotle asked themselves the reasons people loved eating there and then actively set out to eliminate all of them. Mission accomplished.

That completely ruined the meal and I couldn’t finish one bite. I went back to the store afterward to request a refund, and instead of handling it smoothly, there was pushback and an argument about it, which made the situation even more frustrating. I’m hoping this was an isolated incident and that it’s taken seriously going forward.

That is very unsanitary staff probably need retraining or they just don’t care! Either way won’t be coming back to this location don’t recommend
- RRR RApr 4, 20261.0They ignore the drive thru. Have sat ignored at the window multiple times. The old lady with no teeth and tattoos served the widow twice in 25 minutes. My order was sitting on the rack when I pulled up and after tapping on the window for someone to acknowledge me, I was refused a refund. Landon told me call the 800 number if I wanted to complain.
