  I’ll update this review once the issue is resolved. Right now, the mobile thru experience feels pointless if staff aren’t actively guiding the process or honoring order timing. Drive-thru customers don’t seem to understand how mobile thru works—when merging, they treat it like alternating traffic instead of allowing mobile orders to flow as intended. That’s understandable, but it’s where staff should step in and manage the flow. What was frustrating is that my order was completed before the drive-thru customer ahead of me, yet I watched staff set my bag aside, finish serving them, and only then come back to me. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Not a huge issue if handled correctly in the end—but in this case, it wasn’t, and it left a poor impression.

  I don't write reviews on Google very often but this was worth writing a Review. I came in and had a question on the price of a 30 piece which wasn't displayed on the menu including how long it would take. Marquise who took my order was more than happy to get me the price and how long it would take. He also was very courteous holding the door for a customer who has their hands full trying to exit and those coming in while it was raining out welcoming them in with a smile. This guy goes above and beyond to give everyone a great experience,whomever runs this chick fila should promote and give this man a raise, it's not often you go to a fast food place and get this kind of experience. I will for sure coming back to this chick fila a when I'm in in the neighborhood. Thank you Marquise!

  Food and service is always great! Just never know where to order in drive-thru. Have 2 drive thru signs and 2 drive thru booths. So a little clarity would be nice. Otherwise no complaints!

  I mean this with every bone in my body. There is not a SINGLE SOUL who wants to have their drive thru order taken by a worker standing outside. Not only do the workers not deserve to sit in the harsh weather conditions you make them sit outside thru, it’s honestly a very intrusive, rushed, and all around terrible order taking system. We want to be able to look at the big menu and decide what we want instead of your random little pictures. Stop trying to be special and do things different. If it’s not broken don’t fix it. There’s a reason every single other fast food chain uses speakers.

  This Chick-fil-A is always on the point. My family and I go here quite often. The atmosphere is great. The people are good and they have never gotten my order wrong. Knock on wood.
